Limited Warranty & Service Terms
I. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON SELECTED PARTS AND LABOR.
Your CERAGEM Automatic Thermal Massager is warranted for normal household use in accordance with the owner’s manual, against original defects in material and workmanship, on most parts and service for a period of one full years from the date of delivery.
II. 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON SELECTED PARTS.
Most parts on your CERAGEM Automatic Thermal Massager are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. However, the wear & tear parts designated as "chargeable" in the Parts List (Click Here to see the parts list) is covered by a 90-day warranty only. For 90 days from the date of delivery, Ceragem will cover parts and labor to correct any defects in materials and workmanship concerning the product. After the initial 90-day period, the "chargeable parts" and labor shall be the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user of the Ceragem product.
III. LIMITATIONS ON ALL WARRANTIES.
This limited warranty is applicable if when the CERAGEM product is purchased and used within the United States or Canada. This warranty does not apply if the CERAGEM product is used in a commercial or rental application, or in an apartment setting where the product is placed into a common area.
At the time of service, proof of purchase in the form of a customer sales agreement or comparable substitute proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, the serial number of the product and the seller’s name and address will be required before service is rendered. Warranty service can only be obtained by providing the product to the following authorized repair facilities.
1. CERAGEM authorized service centers
2. CERAGEM authorized warranty service dealers.

This warranty does not cover pick up, delivery or house calls. All transportation, shipping and handling cost incurred by the buyer in obtaining service, including but not limited to pickup and delivery charges, shall be borne by the buyer, and not CERAGEM. If the product is shipped, the purchaser is responsible for adequately packaging the product for shipment. The purchaser shall void this warranty if:
- An attempt is made to service the product by anyone other than a CERAGEM authorized service center or authorized warranty service dealer;
- The purchaser attempts to use non-CERAGEM authorized parts;
- The CERAGEM product is used in a commercial or rental setting, or in a common area of a residential complex;
- The purchaser attempts to modify the product or any of its parts;
- The purchaser causes damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse (dropping, hitting, knocking, kicking, cutting, drilling, punching holes, twisting and pulling cable, burning, scratching, etc.), neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or problems of external power source, or is damaged by an act of god or natural calamity;
- The product serial number is rendered illegible or the serial number is removed;
- The product malfunctions as a result from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by CERAGEM.
In the event CERAGEM conducts warranty service, all repaired or replaced parts shall be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. All replaced parts, components, boards and equipment shall become the property of CERAGEM.
IV. CERAGEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. However, in most states, this warranty does not include the cost of any inconvenience, consequential damages, or property damage due to the failure of the product, and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, act of god or any natural calamity or damage arising out of transportation of the product. This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by the manufacturer and distributor of the product and no other person is authorized to extend any warranty on behalf of said manufacturer or distributor. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or limited, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is non-transferable and is intended for use by the original purchaser, only.
V. IF YOU SHOULD REQUIRE SERVICE.
If you require service, please contact the dealer where you originally purchased your CERAGEM product, or from any authorized CERAGEM retail center. Problem:

The remote control does not turn on. |
| Solution: |
Check to make sure the power cord and the remote control are properly connected.
Check to make sure the main power switch is in "On" position.
Check the main power fuse (see below picture).

The external projectors (3-sphere, 9-sphere, and/or cerapad) do not turn on. |
| Solution: |
Check to make sure it is properly connected. |

| Problem: |
The internal projector does not move. |
| Solution: |
Turn off the main power switch and turn it on again.
Disconnect the remote control from the managed, reconnect it, and press the on buttons on the remote control again.
Push the Auto or Select Button on the remote control

The remote control displays "-L". |
| Solution: |
Just wait few minutes until the jade rollers warm up and the "-L" sign disappear. Use the bed normally. |

The remote control displays error messages such as "-t", "-d", "-", "-H" or other alphabet letters. |
| Solution: |
Turn off the main power switch, disconnect the power cord and contact us for service. |
